So one of the tired old arguments that i get beat up side the head with by crucifix bearing xtian whackjobs, when discussing the vile and brutal nature of the Abrahamic religions is this argument that people like Stalin and Pol Pot killed more people "IN THE NAME OF ATHEISM" than did any Xtian crusader, islamic jihadist, or radical Jew.

The flaccid meatbags presenting that argument are either doing so from a position of willful ignorance or willful misrepresentation.   And here's why:

In the case of a fascist secular or communist secular regime perpetrating genocide of some sort, it's almost impossible to find an instance where such is perpetrated in an effort to spread the "doctrine" of "atheism" (as

there isn't one, to begin with), but in EVERY case where there has been a holy war of one sort or another, albeit with political machinations, it is done, quite overtly, "In the name of GOD".

The fact that Stalin and Pol Pot committed genocide and the fact that they may have been atheistic in their world view are not dynamics which have a direct relationship to one another.    They were also both left handed and therefore their atrocities are equally likely perpetrated to advance the agenda of right handed individuals.

Get a grip.   Your position aint holding water.
